Privacy Policy

Effective date: August 26, 2026

The short version

Patchwork Pursuit does not collect, transmit, or share your personal data. It is a single-player arcade game that runs entirely on your device. There are no accounts, no sign-in, no ads, no analytics, and no third-party tracking of any kind.

Information we handle

The game does not ask for your name, email, location, contacts, or any other personal information. The only data it creates is ordinary game progress — your best distance, earned scrap, purchased upgrades and skins, career stats, daily challenge and reward streak state, and your sound, music and haptics settings.

All of this is stored locally on your device and never leaves it.

On-device processing

Everything the game does happens on your device. Your progress is saved to the device's local storage so it is there the next time you play. Nothing is uploaded to a server, and there is no cloud sync. The leaderboard you see in the game is generated on your device from fictional drivers — it does not connect to the internet or to other players.

Data retention and deletion

Because your progress lives only on your device, you are always in control of it. Resetting progress inside the game clears your saved data, and deleting the app removes it entirely. There is nothing stored elsewhere for us to hold or delete.

Children's privacy

Patchwork Pursuit is a family-friendly arcade game suitable for a general audience. It does not collect personal information from anyone, including children, and contains no ads, no purchases, and no communication features.

Changes to this policy

If this policy ever changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the game after an update means you accept the revised policy.
