By downloading or playing Patchwork Pursuit ("the game"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the game.
License to use
You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and play the game on devices you own or control, for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment. This license does not transfer any ownership of the game to you.
Scrap and in-game items
Scrap, upgrades, skins, daily rewards and any other in-game items are earned only through gameplay. They have no real-world or monetary value, cannot be bought with real money, and cannot be sold, transferred, or exchanged for cash or anything of value. The game has no real-money purchases. In-game items exist only within your local save and may be reset if you reset progress or delete the app.
Acceptable use
You agree not to reverse-engineer, decompile, modify, tamper with, or attempt to cheat or exploit the game, and not to copy or redistribute it. The game is provided for your personal use only.
Intellectual property
The game and all of its content — its code, artwork, audio, fonts, and design — belong to the developer and are protected by applicable law. Your license to play does not grant you any rights to that content beyond playing the game.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The game is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the game.
Children
Patchwork Pursuit is a family-friendly arcade game suitable for a general audience. It plays entirely offline, has no accounts, no ads, and no communication features.
Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date, and your continued use of the game means you accept the current version.
